We are thrilled to offer CrossFit classes every day of the week, and we consistently add/shift class times as demand dictates. Because we want everyone to know that CrossFit excites them before making an investment, YOUR FIRST CLASS IS FREE. From there, students (who want more) enroll in their first month’s membership but begin with the 6-class, Small Group On-Ramp Introductory Course, as included in the membership rate.

  • If you are new to CROSSFIT 323, go for it and reserve a space in one of the classes listed here.
  • If your schedule doesn’t work with the available options, or you’d prefer a 1-on-1 setting, email us about PRIVATE TRAINING.

New members are required to attend the 6-session Introductory On-Ramp course before joining regular classes. Our current pre-scheduled On-Ramp courses are Monday/Wednesday/Friday at 9:00am or Monday/Wednesday/Thursday at 7:30pm for two weeks in a row; the private training option can take place anytime over 2-3 weeks per your and your trainer’s availability. Regardless, the On-Ramp is almost always enjoyed and appreciated by its participants, as it affords newcomers greatly enhanced familiarity, comfort, and safety when it comes to CrossFit, CROSSFIT 323, and the varied WODs that lie ahead.

  • Experienced CrossFitters: If you have had extensive experience with CrossFit at another affiliate, let us know and we can discuss whether it makes sense to jump right in or whether On-Ramp is a good idea for sake of review and/or easing back in.
