then

2 Rounds for Time of:

3 Bar Muscle-ups or 6 Chest-to-Bar Pull-ups

6 Handstand push-ups

9 Thrusters (105/73)

4 min limit

If you finish under 4 min, add 2 rounds & 4 min. Repeat in this way until you cannot complete the correct number of rounds within 4 min.
