Circuit – 1 min on/1 min off of:

  1. Strict Pull-ups or Ring-rows
  2. Squats
  3. Push-ups
  4. AbMat Sit-ups
  5. Burpees

then

For Time:

1 mile Run

then

Clean Ladder for 3 min Starting @ 95/55

+ 5 lbs each rep until you reach 145/105 or time runs out

Rest 2 min, then…

Snatch Ladder for 3 min starting @ 65/35

+ 5 lbs each rep until you reach 115/85 or time runs out
