4 Rounds for Time of:

200 m Run

1 Sled Shoulder Pull (100/70)

250 m Row

1 Bag Rescue Drag (100/70)

25 Medicine Ball Over Shoulder (40/30)

then 

EMOM for 8 min of:

1 Clean Deadlift (80% of 1 rep max)

1 Clean Pull (80% of 1 rep max)

(Increase weight by 5+ lbs each set.)
