Hang Squat Clean (build each set)

then 

Front Squat w/ 3 sec pause:

Find heavy set of 2

then 

AMRAP in 6:00 Ladder of:

5 Double-unders

1 Toes-to-Bar

DU in crease by 5, Toes-to-Bar increase by 1 each round.
