STRENGTH 1

AMRAP in 12 minutes for Quality of:

8 Split Switches

8 Heel Pulls

8 Toe Pulls

STRENGTH 2

AMRAP in 12 minutes for Quality of:

5 Back Bend Push-ups or 10 feet elevated Hip Bridges

5 Jefferson Curls + 15 sec pause on last rep

30 sec Tripod Headstand

10 weighted Cossacks + 10 sec pause on last rep each side

CONDITIONING

Four Rounds (2 each side) of:

75 single straight-leg jump rope + 1 min single-leg balance with eyes closed
