8 Split Switches

8 Heel Pulls

8 Toe Pulls

STRENGTH 2

3 Rounds for Quality of:

5 Back Bend Push-ups or 10 Feet Elevated Hip Bridges

10 Weighted Pass Throughs

5 Tuck-up Handstands or attempts

10 Kettlebell Cossacks + 10 sec pause on last rep each side

CONDITIONING

EMOM for 8 minutes of:

AMRAP Pike Walks or Inchworms

1 min Plank

Alternate exercises each min.
