20 sec Tuck Lever Hold or Knee Raise Hold

35 sec Chest-to-Wall Handstand Hold

Alternate exercises each minute.

STRENGTH 2

5 Rounds for Quality of:

2-6 Skin-the-Cats or 5-10 Hanging Leg Lifts

10 Wide Stiff-leg Good Mornings + 10 sec hold on the last rep

CONDITIONIING

2 Rounds of:

1 min Hip Hinge Hold

30 sec Hollow Horizontal Scissor Kicks

1 min Hip Hinge Hold

30 sec Hollow Rock

1 min Hip Hinge Hold

30 sec Hollow Vertical Scissor Kicks
