3-5 Rounds for Quality of:

20-30 Single-arm hang (each side) or Side swing

5 Chest-to-Wall Handstand Push-ups or 7 Ring Push-ups

7 Box Jumps

9 Stiff-Leg Barbell Deadlifts (build each round)

STRENTH 2

3 Rounds of:

Max Free Space Balance

50′ Ostrich/50′ Back Bend or Crab walk/50′ Frog

Change crawl each round.
