2-3 Rounds for Quality of:

8 Split Switches

8 Heel Pulls

8 Toe-Pulls

Rest as needed.

STRENGTH 2

2-3 Rounds for Quality of:

30 sec Back Bend hold, Bow Pose, or Table Top

10 Weighted Pass Throughs

30 sec Shoulder Taps or Plank Shift & Lift

10 Weighted Cossacks + 10 sec hold on last rep each side

CONDITIONING

AMRAP for 10 minutes of:

3 Wall Walk-ups

6 Straddle-ups
