Alternate exercises each minute.

20 sec Tuck Lever Hold or Knee Raise Hold

35 sec Chest-to-Wall Handstand Hold

STRENGTH 2

5 Rounds for Quality of:

2-6 Skin-the-Cats or 5-10 Hanging Leg Lifts

10 Stiff-leg Good Mornings + 10 sec hold on the last rep

CONDITIONIING

2 Rounds (45 sec on and 15 sec off) of:

Side Plank Twists

Plank Twists

Side Plank Twists

Weighted Kayaks
