STRENGTH 1

Three Rounds for Quality of:

10 Switch Kicks (find balance in the middle)

8 Heel Pulls

6 Chest-to-Wall L-pose Balance Drill

STRENGTH 2

2 Wall Back Bends or 4 Back Bend Push-ups

10 Barbell Cossacks (10 sec hold on last rep each side)

CONDITIONING

AMRAP 10 Minutes for Quality of:

3 Wall Walk-ups

6 Straddle-ups
