STRENGTH 1

EMOM for Twelve Minutes of:

Alternate exercises each minute for quality.

10-30 seconds of Tuck Lever Hold or Knee Raise Hold

20-35 seconds of Chest-to-Wall Handstand Hold

STRENGTH 2

Five Rounds for Quality of:

2-6 Skin-the-Cat or 5-10 Strict leg-lifts

10 Stiff-leg Good Mornings (hold for 15 sec on last rep)

CORE & CONDITIONING

Four minute TABATA sets of:

Alternate exercises each work interval.

Low Plank Mountain Climbers/Walking Planks

then

L-sit/Single-leg seated Leg-Raises
