3 Rounds of:

20-40 sec Free Space Balance (handstand or headstand)

10 Pancake Good Mornings with 10 sec hold on last rep

STRENGTH 2

3 Rounds of:

20-40 sec Back Bend Hold

10 Barbell Cossacks with 10 sec hold on last rep on each side

CONDITIONING:

AMRAP in 10 minutes of:

10 Handstand Shoulder Taps or 10 Plank Shift and Lift

8 Strict Toes-to-Bar or Knee Raises

6 Pistols or Feet Together Squats
