STRENGTH 1

EMOM for 12 Minutes:

Alternate exercises for quality.

10 – 30 sec Tuck Lever Hold or 10 Band Pull-downs

20 – 35 sec Chest-to-Wall Handstand Hold

STRENGTH 2

Five Rounds for Quality of:

2-6 Skin-the-Cat or 5-10 Strict Knee Raises/Toes-to-Bar

10 Stiff-Leg Good Mornings (hold 15 sec on last rep)

No rest between exercise

CONDITIONING:

TABATA sets of:

Alternate exercises each work interval.

Hollow rock/Hollow Single-leg tucks

then 

Plank/Side Plank
