Front Squat:

3 x 5 with 5 second hold @ bottom

After each set:

30 second Front Lever hold

then

Clean High Pull:

5 x 3 (100% of 1 rep max clean)

then 

AMRAP 5:00 of:

10 Ball Slams

10 Wall Ball

4 Pull-up Complex: 1 Toes-to-Bar + 1 Pull-up
