Snatch Grip Deadlift – 2 second pause at the knee 

Hang Snatch (power or squat) 

High-hang Snatch (power or squat) 

Find 1 rep max

then 

Clean:

Find 2 rep max

then 

Split Jerk:

Find 3 rep max
