PART 1: Pumpkin Relay

To the sidewalk and backΒ 

Pumpkin Pass

Pumpkin sprints with 5 goblet squats (3 sprints per person)

Pumpkin Pass

PART 2: Pumpkin Chipper

100 Wall Ball

200 Pull-ups

300 AbMat Sit-ups

One team member must always be holding the Pumpkin or 25 Burpees per person.

PART 3: 1 Mile Pumpkin Fartlek
