  • 5 x Hanging Scap Retractions
  • 10 x Lateral Shoulder Raises
  • 20 x Banded Pull Aparts

C: EMOM (15 min)

  • 5 x Pull Ups (Rx) OR
  • 3 x Pull Ups (Scaled)
  • Complete your movement and then rest. Make sure you fully lock out at the bottom to ensure full range of motion. Partial range of motion means partial results. Score is total completed rounds.
