B:

  • 6 x Inch Worms
  • 10 x Plank Walk-Ups
  • 25’ Bear Crawl
  • 10 x Band Pull Aparts
  • 25’ Bear Crawl

C:

  • 10 min – find heavy 5x Bench Press
    Then
  • 8 min – 3 rounds of max reps bench @65% of their heavy 5-rep max right into a super set of a 1 min plank

D:

  • 5 rounds for time (2 min at each station )
    • Station#1: 15 USSR KBs +8 Goblet Squats+ 100m sprint
    • Station #2: 10 x u=Unbroken Wall Balls + 12/8 Cal Row
