A: 

  • 400 m Run 
  • 6 min Hip Floss Into Frog

B: Lift Reviews with Empty Barbell x 2

  • Alternate Movements EMOM – 15 reps
    • Romanian Deadlift
    • Push Press
    • Squat
    • Bench
    • Overhead Squat

C: Lifting Skill/Workout – Back Squat

  • Work up to Body Weight Back Squat
  • 100 x Back Squats for Time (Start with Body Weight/80%)
    • Every time you break up back squat reps, complete: 
    • 5 x Pull Ups
    • 10 x Alternating Dumbell Snatch 
    • 15 x Push Ups
    • AND go down in back squat weight by 10% of your body weight 
      • i.e. start at body weight, break, 90% BW, break, 80% BW, etc
