We require all new members with less than extensive CrossFit experience to take part in our “On-Ramp” program, either in small groups or individually. During On-Ramp, new 323ers learn the basic movements that make up most WODs (Workout of the Day), how to execute them with ideal form and safety, and why they are intrinsic to fitness progress and performance.
Each session builds on what you’ve already learned, so On-Ramps #1-6 must be done in chronological order and all six classes are mandatory. Upon completion of the course, new members can jump into regular classes with fresh familiarity and increased confidence.
SMALL GROUP ON-RAMP
CrossFit newcomers benefit from a trainer’s close attention and guidance. The Small Group On-Ramp program cost is included within your first month’s membership, and is currently offered every other week at 9:00am Monday/Wednesday/Friday OR 7:30pm Monday/Wednesday/Thursday once each month.

Some new members choose private training for their On-Ramp in lieu of the complimentary small group scenario. Covering the same material, our Private On-Ramp Package includes 6 one-on-one personal training sessions to be scheduled between you and one of our trainers. After completion of the course, On-Rampers can either continue with private sessions or become an unlimited monthly member and start attending regular classes with the 323 community.
