CrossFit323 is a one-of-a-kind, community-driven gym nestled in Atwater Village on LA’s Eastside. Established in 2011, CrossFit323 serves the communities of Atwater, Los Feliz, Silver Lake, Eagle Rock, Glendale, Echo Park, and beyond.

At 323, we take pride in members who come from all walks of life, but share the common thread of an amazing attitude for striving to be stronger, faster, fitter, and healthier. We value proper form & quality movement to ensure that our athletes remain safe while reaching their goals. Our programming is designed to welcome new CrossFitters every week while challenging our current and long-standing members to push themselves to new levels of fitness. Small class sizes allow for more intimate & individual attention from our trainers.

With training, interest, and experience in multiple disciplines, CrossFit 323 mainly focuses on CrossFit regimen and theory. We truly believe it is the best and most evolved fitness worldview out there today. The CrossFit community is endlessly supportive, innovative, and ambitious, with education, progress, and performance always at the top of the priority list – way above ego and bragging rights.

CrossFit is Constantly Varied Functional movements performed at High Intensity. All CrossFit workouts are based on functional movements, and these movements reflect the best aspects of gymnastics, weightlifting, running, rowing and more. These are the core movements of life.

The CrossFit program is designed for Universal Scalability making it the perfect application for any committed individual regardless of experience. We’ve used our same routines for elderly individuals with heart disease and cage fighters one month out from televised bouts. We scale load and intensity; we don’t change programs.
